On behalf of the Board of Trustees and the 2021 Conference team it's my pleasure to welcome you to the 75th Annual Conference.

This year we are pleased to bring our conference to you both in-person and virtually and we look forward to a successful event in Memphis and online!

Hear an inspirational message from Shannon McKain, a 4-H alumna and expert in workplace culture. The conference will close with a special message from Gitanji Rao, a 4-H member and Time Kid of the Year.

Learn from your colleagues and take home innovative ideas with more than 100 educational sessions and poster presentations.
Opening Night Reception
Kick off the conference and enjoy the sounds and flavors from the three regions of Tennessee.
Discover Memphis
From Beale Street to barbecue, take a walking tour and explore the city. Be sure to get your ticket to tour the National Civil Rights Museum on Sunday, Thursday or Friday courtesy of the NAE4-HYDP Board. The site includes the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr memorial.
