During COVID-19 times most Extension professionals are being asked to do more with lower budgets, fewer employees, and now, even less access to our community due to Covid-19 gathering restrictions. Missouri 4-H is facing this challenge by utilizing the online Learning Management System (LMS), Canvas. Using Canvas, Missouri 4-H created one statewide course hosting project materials, opportunities, and information. With this, Missouri 4-H can offer a service to the volunteers, reach more youth, and provide instruction in more project areas both during and beyond the pandemic. Following a short presentation explaining the necessary partners, logistics, and items to consider when taking on this project, presentation participants will receive a demonstration of the course, be given time to explore the course during the session, and brainstorm uses in their own program areas and states. Participants will be provided contact information for follow up meetings if interested.
